When you text or call Sophie via iMessage Sophie, we store your phone number and the content of your messages and calls. This is necessary to provide the service and maintain conversation context. Your data is used solely to operate iMessage Sophie — to generate responses, maintain context across conversations, and improve the experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Payments
Sophie is currently in beta and free to use. No payment information is collected at this time.
Data retention
We retain your messages and call logs to provide ongoing conversation context. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Security
Your data is stored in a secured database. We take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Continued use of Sophie after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
